KUN HUANG’s POLIYOU® a.k.a Carbon-reducing and Eco-friendly polyurethane foam

One way to slow down global warming is to start with carbon itself. Kun Huang is aware of the impact of global warming on humans and living things, so we are ahead of many foam factories and conducted carbon footprint verification in 2022. We hope that our products do not cause a burden on the environment.

Early 2022, we completed the carbon footprint of POLIYOU® foam, which has the highest recycling rate, through guidance from the Industrial Technology Research Institute.

To produce 1 KG POLIYOU®, the carbon emission is 1.46KG CO2e/KG. Compared with the carbon emission of EVA, which is 6.19KG CO2e/KG, POLIYOU® is a very low-carbon product. POLIYOU® is even one-tenth of the traditional PU foam with high-density.
