POLIYOU is an eco-friendly polyurethane foam that can be recycled and reproduced repeatedly. We recycled the foam from both post-consumer furniture and other pre-consumer foam-related products to produce POLIYOU foam material, we use up to 85% of the recycled material, and the carbon emission of our POLIYOU is only 1.46kg for each kilogram of POLIYOU produced. It is much lower than making traditional polyurethane foam. We have also granted the GRS 4.0 certificate for the POLIYOU material.
POLIPLUS HYBRID is an MDI open-cell two-component polyurethane foam with densities from 60-140 kg/m3. It is lightweight and with excellent ventilation features. POLIPLUS is anti-hydrolysis and can also formulate with rubber to enhance the compression set, rebound, and compression deflection. With up to 30% of recycled rubber to enhance the breathability of the PU foam material.
SHOCKEZE is slow-recovery memory polyurethane foam with a higher density of 90 to 300 kg/m3.
